(I hate when others don't make navmeshes for their mod so that being said, a certain part of Westside had some navmesh work and is working perfectly on a old or new save) Please consider endorsing if you download and you like the mod! No other mods required, this mod adds a more believable populous in the Mojave and in some cases like Westside and Primm have small events that occur without scripts. Description and Info Screenshots only show much less of the NPCs actually added, so there is much more then the pictures suggest.
